We have enjoyed Cameron Hughes
We have enjoyed Cameron Hughes wine for several years. However, because of medical conditions, we had to cancel our quarterly shipments. The process was seamless and quick. I highly recommend the wine.

Good customer service agent. Can say tracking button did Not work yet one is able to make one-time purchases and I received a discount.

When my order was delivered to a store which was subsequently closed.
When my order was delivered to Dollar General and the store was suddenly closed because of a gas leak and due to be closed for several weeks, Wine Insiders' resent my order delivered to an accessible site. I have not yet received it, but it's due soon. They went out of their way to assure a timely arrival for my wine, which othwise might have been trapped in the closed store for who knows how long.

Problem resolved!
After experiencing a frustrating glitch on line, I called the company to reorder. Fortunately, the extensive list was still available and they were able to complete my order, with full apologies for the online error. We’ve used Wine Insiders for years and have been pleased with their products, their promotions, their prices and their prompt deliveries.

My original package was lost by FedEx…
My original package was lost by FedEx as the location where package was dropped no longer accepts Fed Ex packages. Aldrin in customer service was polite , professional and extremely accommodating. Based on this experience I fully commit to continue doing business with Wine Insider
