My Shipment arrived with one bottle broken. James was very helpful. We agreed to have a credit applied to my account for the broken bottle. Very efficient and courteous.

Great customer service! Great wine!!
Michael, from customer service, was a fantastic help when I encountered a technical problem ordering online!! He figured out the issue, corrected it,and even included a free magnum promo which I wasn't aware of! I love ordering from Wine Insiders! Their wines are always wonderful!!

I LOVE Wine Insiders
I LOVE Wine Insiders! I discovered them at the beginning of COVID and I have been happy ever since. Even when there were delivery issues and the occasional "bad" wine, this company stands by their word and commitment to customer service. I also enjoy the decent prices for some lovely wines that I have found to be as good, if not better, than popular and pricey selections. I am grateful that delivery is to my door and that I can keep my wine fridge stocked with enjoyable varieties. I HIGHLY recommend Wine Insiders and have made a lot of friends, clients, and associates happy with referrals.

This company has great products and ALWAYS makes everything right.
When FedEx delivered my shipment to someone else entirely, Wine Insiders shipped me a new box immediately. When there was a week delay in shipping on their end, they sent me a $25 voucher to use on my next shipment. When I got a rare bottle that I didn't like, they gave me a credit immediately. When they sent a couple of incorrect bottles, they gave me credits for those and told me to keep the incorrect ones. On the other hand, I have ordered a lot from them and they usually do get everything right, but when they haven't, they have solved the problem to my satisfaction every time. And they deliver great value for the money.
