Fantastic assistance with our most recent order! We really appreciate the ability to try new (great) wines at very affordable prices. Having just returned from a very hot Bordeaux trip (112F for 4 days), it was wonderful to find some of the same wines here for the same prices as encountered in France. Shipping is also first class. Sturdy boxes and well-placed cold packs are better than some we get from "high end" wineries in California! Keep up the great work!

Mistaking is human.....also bringing joy!!
Even if every now and than a mistake shows up, this company makes it right by keeping the customer happy! At wine insider people really care about customers. They have reasonable price and decent wines that reach out for the happiness of the sofisticated palate also!
