The person who took my call addressed…
The person who took my call addressed my concern (I think). I had asked that she send me either an email or text to confirm the change in delivery that we discussed. She indicated that she would send an email and confirmed my email address. Unfortunately, I have not received confirmation of the correction of delivery address for my order.

I had to ask for status
Initial shipping status was absent. After inquiring, I received excellent update as to why shipping is delayed. I think Wine Insiders could have been more proactive in letting customers know.

So far so good
So far so good. Wines are pretty good and the occasional promotional prices make them even better. I’d signed up for a quarterly subscription but I opted out because I drink too much and needed a refill asap. The home delivery is great so I don’t get any more DUIs driving to buy more wine. Customer service is also pretty good. That annoying trailer trash, Alicia (who left a 1 star review) is probably just angry because she’s fat and single. Cheers!

so far,I love the wines
So far,I love the wines. However, I was disappointed that I couldn't order more of the Paperbark Cab!

Good selection but watch for duplicates
Great experience ordering the wine and it was delivered promptly and with care. The only issue I see is when ordering more than one "curated" set of 3 or six you get duplicate bottles if wine. Of the 15 I ordered (set of 6, 6, and 3) there were 5 bottles that were duplicates. I would have hoped that they would be more aware of this and at least change out the duplicate bottles for something else. That's the only comment/suggestion for the future.

Lived in Calif, now in Nevada
I lived in California my entire life and got used to California wines. Then I moved to a small rural town in Nevada and the wines here are mediocre at best. I was so happy to discover Wine Insiders (thanks to a $30 gift certificate). I ordered a collection of 3 reds and 3 whites. The shipment arrived right on time and the wines are delicious! Thank you Wine Insiders for such a wonderful experience. I'll order again.
