My order didn’t register the discount code so Aileen was kind enough to apply the discount afterwards. She was fast and efficient in handling my issue with complete professionalism. Excellent company
I love wine insiders and have been a long term customer since the start of the pandemic, when I needed a delivery wine, and then have stuck with them ever since due to the amazing prices and qualities of the wine. I’ve rarely had a bottle I don’t like. Good quality and prices, fast and sustainable shipping, and great customer service.

My Third Order
This was my third order. I love their customer service as much as I love their wine, "Abbazia Moscato Rose Dolce". I had a question before ordering my third shipmemt. Eula was very knowledgeable, professional, patient, and kind. She helped me solve my problem quickly and efficiently, so I was able to continue with my order with no problem. I really appreciated Eula's help. She made my day more pleasant. KUDOS TO EULA! I wish everyone was like her.

Customer service was efficient and polite and followed up with my question. I have been ordering wine with wine insiders and they have a large selection of wines that I otherwise wouldn't know about. And its delivered right to me door at a great price.
