Awful customer service and no shipping updates. My second go around in trying to order a custom wine stand opener. Placed the order in August, was told 4-6 weeks... NO updates. Called several times, finally got through to someone who told me it would get shipped in November. Then received my first shipping update email- they are suddenly out of stock and the order wouldn’t get shipped until December. Got for bid you wanted to purchase a gift for someone.... no good.

My unit stopped working within a few months. The customer service department is unresponsive. Their phone system does not provide a way to talk to a representative or leave a voice mail. The phone auto attendant says to send an email. It has been a week and I have not had a response to my email. I would look for a better source for any purchase you might be considering.

Ordered a wine bar w/ beverage center (refrigerator) on Oct. 6th, knowing that it would not ship until Oct. 26th. This is according to their confirmation and email. Received a call to confirm that I know it is not shipping until the 26th; I said I was and am ok with this. Fast forward to Oct. 26th - no communication from wine enthus. providing an update or status. I sent multiple emails and attempted to call with no response. On Nov. 4th, I called again, but hit #2 to place an order and connected with a person to learn that it will not be available until the end of Dec. Then, he transfers me to customer care to confirm availability and I'm told it will not be available until mid-April. What the F? Why was I told Oct. 26th in the first place?

If I could give zero stars I would. A rating of 1.8 is even too high for them. I’m sure others wanted to give them zero stars, too. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They should be put out of business. What everyone else has written is 100% true- once you buy from them, they will never respond to any communication from you ever again. They leave you waiting on hold for over an hour on their customer service line (and now shamefully blame Covid) and still never pick up. I did this twice. I’ve also emailed them twice (as they tell you to do) - no response. The wine refrigerator (Wine Enthusiast 24-Bottle Compressor Wine Cooler with Upright Bottle Storage) came without the rubber feet so it will scratch my wooden floors and it can’t be made level. It is the LOUDEST wine refrigerator I’ve ever heard. We can hear it throughout our entire downstairs. We do not have a small house. And it runs almost continuously. It’s not even a gentle hum, it’s a stuttering push of the motor. I wish I could post a video so you could hear it. How do I access their “return policy” when I can’t get in touch with anyone? This company is forcing me to call my credit card company and stop payment. I was also going to notify the BBB, however, I looked at their website and they already have a terrible rating there, so I guess that also doesn’t do any good toward putting them out of business. We consumers need to help each other out. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WINE ENTHUSIAST. If only I had read the reviews that were already on line warning about this company. And now I also can’t get them to stop sending me advertising emails! Maddening!! Buyer beware. RUN FROM THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY!

I recently purchased a Eurocave wine cooler from these jokers, which was way more expensive than any others I looked at. Anyway after 3 weeks it arrived, and since I could t turn it on for 48 hours to acclimate last week I went to turn it on and noticed that the sides of the unit were scratched up, which was hard to see from a distance since it is all black. I have called them 7 times and emailed them and still haven’t heard back. Do yourself a big favor and stay away from this place. They are not reputable. The salesman I have left numerous calls which was to no avail. Tomorrow I am contacting credit card company to dispute the charge, which I’m sure will result in a phone call from them.

I purchased an N'Finity dual zone cooler (50 bottle) 2012. Fortunately we have a home warranty contract. In 2014 the cooler stopped working and our home warranty covered it not WineEnthusiast. This happened again in 2017 and just happened again 3 weeks ago. Wine enthusiast has been of no help procuring the parts . This is the worst product I have ever purchased and would NEVER buy another product like this from Wine Enthusiast.

Twice we order Wine Enthusiast's wine storage moduels. The first time it was with great difficulty that we put it together - breaking a lot of parts in the process. We need more storage and did like the end product, so called to see if improvements have been made to make it easier to assemble. We were told it is much better now. WRONG. It was just as bad or worse. Many pieces broken during assembly. We called - no response, and wrote Wine Enthusiast with photos. Their response in email- from Karen Chung the customer service dept - "place another order". Wow terrible customer service.

We received the blue light corckscrew as a gift, within 2 weeks it already does not work. When we called in to ask how we can potentially fix the item they said it was no longer sold and there is no way to repair it. When we asked katrina(the rep) to hold on so we could find our receipt she promptly hung up on us. Youre better off throwing your money in the trash than buying here.
