The item I bought was a shoddy version of what was shown online. Looked nothing like it, had white lining instead of the matching navy blue. The company has been horrendous and when I returned it they failed to give my money back. £80 spent on con artists. They say they’re London based but it’s from China. Do not spend your money, you’d probably get better quality and cheaper prices off Temu if you want to wait a month.

Abysmal quality. Do not buy. Clearly this company has nothing whatsoever to do with London.

Misleading branding, poor-quality clothing and no reasonable refund
I ordered three garments from Wilson & Carter because its name, “London” branding and website gave me the clear impression that I was buying from a UK\-based retailer.
Within approximately one hour of ordering, I found numerous concerning Trustpilot reviews and discovered that the website link in my confirmation email did not work. I immediately requested cancellation before the order had been dispatched. The company refused, claiming that it had entered its fulfilment process, yet also said that the items might still be changed for different products. Tracking later showed that the carrier had only received the shipping information at that stage and did not receive the parcel at its origin facility until several days after my cancellation request
When the order arrived, the garments were extremely poor quality and materially different from the website photographs in colour, material, shape, cut and finish. None of the three garments had washing-care or fabric composition labels, and only one had a Wilson & Carter paper tag attached.
I supplied photographs and requested a full refund and prepaid return. The company insisted that the items were correct and initially offered a 25% refund or store credit, This was later increased to 45%. I was then told that, to seek a full refund, I would have to pay to return the order to Hangzhou, China, with estimated postage of $30–$50 per item. The overseas fulfilment and Chinese return address were not made clear before I purchased.
I have retained all correspondence and photographic evidence and have now raised the matter with my credit card provider. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company\. Customers should be aware that the London branding does not mean the goods are being supplied from London and that an international return may be required\.

Never ever buy from them
I would give this company 0 stars if I could. I wish I had seen the reviews first before I made purchase. This company is a scam from start to finish. If you need to return the parcel, be prepared for the battle for your refund. I had to open the dispute with the bank because I was tired of their nonsense.

A most dreadful company, very poor quality clothes and terrible customer service.
The quality of the clothing was shockingly poor. The company ethos for customer relations was worse. I asked for a full refund for poor quality clothing, they ran me round the houses for such, after numerous emails, i gave up, they defeated me, I lost, they won.

Scammers
The dresses that arrive are heavily used obviously second hand charity shop donations that come rammed into a single bag. As soon as you open the bag you realise you’ve been scammed- it’s all utterly disgusting nylon garbage you wouldn’t feel comfortable giving away as it’s so grim. The words abundant toilet fodder are too good for it - imagine the worst clothing possible in a bin behind a charity shop ready for burning and then reduce your expectations by 900%

Shame I could not give below ONE STAR…
Shame I could not give below ONE STAR Yes I too was offered 30% refund instead of sending items back stating that it would be costly to return. I managed to find a carrier DPD who were charging £13 to send to China however DPD then refused to deliver to carter Wilson as they refuse to pay parcel taxes!!Swimsuit too short in the body and the dress looked liked an oversized cheap rag DONT waste your TIME or MONEY absolute zero of a Company.
