Carina
The customer service was top notch and they even let me choose my own moss agate stone. The ring arrived sooner than expected which allowed my boyfriend to bring it on our vacation to pop the question. The ring is gorgeous and the craftsmanship is perfect. Thank you!

The ring was nice but I had different expectations based off the pictures on the website. May be helpful if there are more pictures of an item before purchasing.

My fiancee loves her new ring. Unfortunately she had lost a ring size since she last was sized, but that's nothing to do with the ring. The inscription is a little small, but all the more impressive that it's legible on such a thin band. Solid piece, and customer support was with me to answer any questions or concerns I had

I ordered a ring and it was beautiful but I paid to have it engraved and when I received it there was no engraving.

Hello, GT, We are very sorry for the bad shopping experience. Thank you for your feedback so that we can improve. Ring engraving is usually located on the inner wall of the ring, sometimes it is small and not easy to find. It will be appreciated if you can send us a picture or video if you still don't find the engraving on the ring. We are happy to re-engrave it for you or give you a refund for the engraving service. Best Regards, Willwork Jewelry
