I bought this bracelet for my wife of 25 years Her first granddaughter calls her Bee The bracelet looks nothing like advertised it’s so small and I’m very disappointed

Bent earrings - poor QC and Customer care
One of the earrings arrived bent. When I contacted the company, their response was "Please don't worry, this earrings is made in sterling silver, it's a very soft material. Could you try to bend it back? We believe it will return to its original shape." This indicates the company's desire to shift the responsibility for damage to the customer, lack of concern for the material (excessive manipulation could weaken or crack the post), poor quality control, and lack of professionalism and customer care. A pair of earrings priced around $300 should be considered high-end and, therefore, be treated with better QC than just offering a "DIY" fix.

Paid for engraving. Wasn’t engraved.
I ordered a ring and it was beautiful but I paid to have it engraved and when I received it there was no engraving.

Ring engraving is usually located on the inner wall of the ring, sometimes it is small and not easy to find. It will be appreciated if you can send us a picture or video if you still don't find the engraving on the ring. We are happy to re-engrave it for you or give you a refund for the engraving service.
