Thanks for making my engagement process a little less stressful!
Admittedly, I was skeptical about buying my engagement ring online, rather than in person for obvious reasons, but I was surprised by the sheer quality and level of professionalism displayed by the jeweler. They were very attentive and quick to respond, and the product came out looking better than the default photos on Their Website. A huge thanks to Willwork Jewelry, for making my engagement process a little less stressful!

Bent earrings - poor QC and Customer care
One of the earrings arrived bent. When I contacted the company, their response was "Please don't worry, this earrings is made in sterling silver, it's a very soft material. Could you try to bend it back? We believe it will return to its original shape." This indicates the company's desire to shift the responsibility for damage to the customer, lack of concern for the material (excessive manipulation could weaken or crack the post), poor quality control, and lack of professionalism and customer care. A pair of earrings priced around $300 should be considered high-end and, therefore, be treated with better QC than just offering a "DIY" fix.

there was no response at all to my…
there was no response at all to my change of delivery address ..the change was for good reasons ...because nobody would be there to sign for it ...predictably getting this delivery was problematic ..the ring is ok ...I was impressed by the clarity and gem quality of the moss agate ...maybe there was stone size description and I missed it ..I dont think there was a stone size given ..its smaller than I expected ..my wife is happy with it ..the ring is ok ..response and service was lacking

We checked all the correspondence and found that you contacted us via another email to change the delivery address, which is not listed on the order. So we replied to you asking for the order number. And we also told you that we usually ship packages via USPS, and hoped you to confirm an address that is better for you to receive the package. Unfortunately, we didn't receive your reply. We are so sorry about the misunderstanding. Yes, the stone size information is listed clearly in the description. And the picture of the ring on the finger is posted on the page, all pictures are real shots. Thank god, you received the ring and you love it.

My fiancée loves her ring she said yes to the engagement ring with her non traditional style choice I was able to find the ring of her dreams easily it took a little longer in the mail then expected but was worth the wait

I ordered a ring with an engraving
I ordered a ring with an engraving. The ring did not come with an engraving I wrote customer service asked for their supposed to be money back no hassle guarantee they will not give me my money back. They keep telling me that it looks like there might be words, but there’s literally nothing there. I also had the ring made in a size 5 the ring is not a size 5 because it is too big on me and they keep telling me to go to a jewelry store to get it sized. I would not order from here.

If it is our fault, we will be happy to re-engrave for you or refund the engraving service fee. Regarding the ring size issue you mentioned, we use standard US size. Normally, we also check the size of all rings before shipping. Would you mind going to a local jewelry store to measure your finger size and confirm our ring size?
