I ordered a 14k white gold ring from this website, the ring that arrived clearly stamped on the band that it is a 10k white gold ring. In addition the side pear shaped stones are significantly smaller than what is advertised, and are cloudy. I attempted to leave a review on their website but it was immediately taken down.

Misleading, untrustworthy likely a scam
The seller sells the exact rings on their website on Etsy for a tenth of the price listed on their website. They claim it is handmade when in fact they sold tens of thousands on Etsy alone which is impossible for a jeweller to make themselves
I ordered from their website and it costed me $1442 when it is listed on Etsy for $137.6
And they did not even deliver the ring itself

Hello, Amer
We are deeply sorry for the inconvenience caused by the price difference.
Please allow us a chance to explain this to you.
We understand your concerns about the price difference. Due to differences in operating costs, service structure, and promotion policies, the pricing strategies of different platforms may be different.
Although the official website price may be slightly higher, we provide a better service experience, including:
1. Faster delivery and faster customer service;
2. More customization options;
3. More detailed product information and support;
In fact, the 137.6 you saw on the Etsy platform is the discounted price of the sterling silver option. Due to the system problem of the Etsy platform, all options of this product have become the same price. You ordered 18k white gold on the website and purchased several additional services (certificate, engraving, rush order service, and gift packaging), this's why the price is so different.
In addition, the product you said has not been shipped. Your product is still in production and is expected to be shipped next week. Due to the situation, DHL's flight to Jordan was cancelled. We contacted FedEx and can ship your ordered ring to Jordan next week.
We guarantee that all products sold are 100% authentic and of the same quality no matter where you buy them. If you have any questions or need assistance, we are always here to help.
Thank you for your understanding and support!

Came in perfect timing
Came in perfect timing. It is a birthday gift. The ring is a bit smaller than what I thought, the pictures make it appear larger, but it is absolutely beautiful and so well made!

Superb!
The team at will work is second to none, their craftsmanship is truly understated. I found a ring I wanted to use to propose to my now fiance and their team worked with me to take my idea and turn it into reality. Everyone who has seen the ring comments on how wonderful and unique it is and how the design perfectly matches my fiance's personality. The team worked diligently to make sure the ring was done in time for my planned proposal. All I can say is it wouldn't have been possible without the team at Willwork jewelry.
