Customer service was responsive and…
Customer service was responsive and helpful. Sadly the shipping didnt come through on time for our wedding. The wedding ring entered the shipping process on the 12th, but wasn't picked up until the 14th. Original delivery estimates said it would arrive on our wedding day (16th) but it still hadn't arrived by the time we left for our honeymoon on the 18th. We'll have to wait and see how the quality and fit are once we arrive back home. I only wish I hadn't paid the extra for a rush order now.

Pretty but not much like photo
Customer service was great and the ring is pretty but I wish it looked more like the picture. The bands and stones are much smaller and the moss agate is very dark, unlike the picture.

I was very happy with the ring
I was very happy with the ring. I would love to give a 5 star rating but i was very unsatisfied with the packaging it came in. If i could do higher than 4 id do a 4.7/5, because the customer service was very good and quick.

The ring was nice
The ring was nice but I had different expectations based off the pictures on the website. May be helpful if there are more pictures of an item before purchasing.

Late for Xmas
I wish I would’ve understood when I ordered it, that it was not gonna be there until after Christmas

We are sorry for the unpleasant shopping experience. Our jewelry is handmade and custom-made, so it takes a long time to make. Of course, we also have the option of expedited orders for customers who are short of time. It would be better if you could tell us that it was needed by Christmas then we would arrange it for you.
