Service was spectacular. I submitted my order incorrectly & they reached out to me to confirm my order specifics. Then offered to customize the order. My items were shipped on time & received 1 day earlier.

Customer service was responsive and helpful. Sadly the shipping didnt come through on time for our wedding. The wedding ring entered the shipping process on the 12th, but wasn't picked up until the 14th. Original delivery estimates said it would arrive on our wedding day (16th) but it still hadn't arrived by the time we left for our honeymoon on the 18th. We'll have to wait and see how the quality and fit are once we arrive back home. I only wish I hadn't paid the extra for a rush order now.

The ring looks exactly as pictured, only docked for using usps.

From placing the order to receiving my ring everything was so great. Customer service was wonderful and felt personal to me that I was contacted directly to confirm my ring. The ring itself is ENCHANTINGLY BEAUTIFUL and matches my fairy energy so well. The ring shines so beautifully 😍

Great communication and great work! We ordered a custom engagement ring, and were constantly kept informed throughout the process. They double checked with us to make sure we were getting exactly as we requested before getting started. They answered all our questions quickly, and continued to keep us updated until the ring was in our hands. Would definitely recommend and use again for future custom work!

Customer service could not have been better. I submitted an inquiry on whether they could make a custom ring setting for me and they replied within 24 hours. Throughout our email correspondence, they were always very professional and replied in a timely manner. After bringing up an issue I had with the setting pricing, they thoroughly explained why the price was what it was and offered me a free anklet, free engraving, and a 5% discount on top! Extremely satisfied with the purchasing experience and will certainly be buying from them again in the future!

Beautiful work, my wife absolutely loves it. It was a complete surprise for her. It was fantastic.
