Very easy to navigate. The only downside was the inability to make changes after reviewing and paying for the will, but before it was signed. I did not see anything that told me that changes were not possible after I got it all filled out. Otherwise, I'd give Wills.com 5 stars.

I have since found a lot of places where you could get this done for free, but I had to give the all my personal info as it was done on-line. Not a good idea, but than again I sent you my info so I don't know if I gained anything. I also had lots of trouble getting back into my will for editing several times. I still don't feel comfortable with you holding the will info, I wouldn't do it again.

in starting a will i did not include the 20% off. i sent a request and have not seen a response so i’m in limbo about finishing. Also not clear on how the updating works.
