This company has appeared to me to be a scam. I did the online will and was able to see it as I went along. Once I paid the $99 I no longer could pull up the will To Print to take somewhere to get notarized. I have emailed several times over the last two weeks with no response. I have tried calling two different phone numbers that I found after searching on the web. Beware. Update::: After receiving an email acknowledging that it was an oversight on their part as far as acknowledging the emails I sent, I did receive assistance troubleshooting. It did take 4 more email exchanges and them doing a “reset” in order to get it to download properly so I could print it. I also was provided with a completely different phone number for customer service that worked other than the 2 that were found online to be inoperative phone numbers.
