I had an issue that could not be resolved using Willmaker. I want to add a "GREAT" grandchild to the will as a great grandchild. This cannot be done in the current Willmaker. But my tech support person (Roger) did a great job working with me, understanding and owning my problem. He even called me back when he connected with a possible solution to help me. This is above and beyond work! I commend him. We found a suitable alternative and I am satisfied that the issue is closed.

Covered all the bases. We had a simple will, powers of atty. for finances and health care. Final wishes document was OK.

The entire application is very intuitive with an easy-to-use flow of information gathering via a series of guided questions. I felt very confident that the resulting document would reflect the legal requirements of my state, and included any new changes that were downloaded using the "update" feature. The list of available documents is very thorough and included all of the ones that I wanted to create.

If one follows instructions from the beginning, the software guides you through the process of each form step by step. All forms are designed for your own state so the program asks all the right questions. The Helpful Information in the right column is extremely helpful. I was encouraged to reach out for further help the one time I called CS. I feel when I hand the completed forms to an attorney, he won't have much to do.
