it was easy to understand and willmaker walks you through the process- will, power of atty, and healthcare directive. Get them notarized and you are all set!

Cannot specify dollar amount and data limit.
I am attempting to generate my will, specifying six charities and nine individuals with each one getting a dollar amount. (1) program does not have the option to specify a dollar amount (just fraction & percent). (2) address of charity, including tax ID requires 2-3 lines. Program prints only first line. Customer service was not helpful.

Program easy to use
Program easy to use. Everything was step by step. Unfortunately, new version of program could not open previous versions of documents. Had to start all over again rather than just edit what needed to be changed.
