Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. Never received the follow up ID. Tried calling the customer service phone number and got voice mail that said to call back during business hours. Sent 3 emails and never received a reply

Varity of Legal Doucument for your state. The step by step gathering of imformation required for Document being filled out is easy to follow. When printed you have a Legal Document and Instuction on what must be done to Finalize. This software is very easy to use and follow.

step by step super easy like a tax program. Gives you the prompts so you cannot mess up + is super organized when you print dox!

Your form was easy to navigate and covered all my areas of concern. Plus, I can change it anytime. Can't do that with a law firm without paying more.

Help with Renewing Wills & Powers of Attorney
I purchased a WillMaker account to help my wife and me to write our wills and draw up powers of attorney for finances and health care. I had questions about the new state we had moved to, and what info carried over from our old wills & powers of attorney. The responses to questions were quick and thoughtful and appreciated. Nolo even discovered we had an account from years before that had expired. It was then easy to complete all 3 documents for each of us, and we just completed the signing process.

Very user friendly and several areas…
Very user friendly and several areas are explained in more detail, which is helpful in clarifying a particular situation. It’s nice that the information is saved, so you can work on it at your convenience. Furthermore, the verbiage is not too complex. I’m utilizing the software program to create multiple legal documents. Highly recommend!
