Received it and it looks wonderful. I just don't know how to cook the items I received. Here was a statement in one of the brochures that said there would be recipes, but I didn't find that in the box.

So nice to be able to purchase and consume good wholesome food in the US. Coming from the UK, the meat on offer here in NJ is poor quality at best ( in supermarkets ) Amish markets are good, but sometimes hit and miss. My Wife and I along with our Siberian Husky need good quality, protein rich food for our diets, My Wife found your company and we haven't looked back since! Great Quality, Great pricing ( cheaper than anywhere else we've found ) and shipped quickly, always arrives still frozen and tastes Awesome!

As someone living in Alaska and not always with freezer full of wild game AND convinced of the health advantages of "natural and non treated meat (beef, etc., fish, and fowl)" I was pleased to find your site and products. And, the delivery costs was reasonable for where we live. We have found all eaten so far as truly tasty and high quality. We will be ordering more soon.

This bison is dense, delicious protein. I have eaten bison meat for 20 years. This product is the best so far.

I have ordered multiple times from Wild Idea Buffalo Co. The meat is always top quality. It arrives on time and still frozen every time which is sometimes hard to do since I live in Arizona. I did have a problem a couple of times with some vacuum packed packages losing their seal but they always make it right. The customer service is great and I have always been able to reach a real person if needed. Keep up the good work!
