I placed an online order, but missed part of the screen, and so was confused and frustrated by the result. I called to see what could be done, and the person who answered was extremely helpful. She made all the necessary revisions, and gave me pointers on making my next online order (which went smoothly). The cheerful help and "we'll do whatever it takes to set your order to rights" attitude was very much appreciated.

I have purchased Wild Idea Buffalo from my health food store in the past and I have always loved their product. They have one of the best tasting buffalo products I have tasted. With that in mind, I took the next step and ordered some soup bones and liver directly from their website, and I unfortunately had a bad experience. Almost half of my order was missing and the soup bones were bad and expired. I put them in my crock-pot to make a nice broth and when I came home the smell was horrible and it took almost 24 hours to get the smell out of my home. I believe I got some bones that had been sitting a little to long. While, the staff was pleasant on the phone, they could only credit my missing items instead of replacing them due to the weight. Unfortunately, I will stick to their products at my health food store where I know I will not have problems.

The 40 pounds of ground buffalo arrived still frozen hard. We are looking forward to enjoying. If this is as good as the gift we received for Christmas we will be ordering more soon.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift. I was worried it wouldn't arrive on time, because the people I was sending it to we're going out of town and of course it is perishable. As soon as I put the order in, I was given a date of arrival and the item showed up on that exact day just a couple of days after I ordered it. Great service!

Hi: You have a great product. I have tried other bison producers and your product is leaner, juicier and has a superior flavor. Your delivery turnaround is from the stone ages and your web site is unclear on when to expect delivery. Tom
