Not a better steak or ground beef. I'm hooked!

It was my first time ordering frozen bison online and won't be the last! Product quality is superb, something you can't find at Whole Foods or any other local grocer. I recommend Wild Idea bison if your looking for the ultimate bison without compromise.

As a first time buyer, I am impressed with Wild Idea so far. When the box arrived at my house, all of the meat was still nicely frozen even though it sat out for an hour or so while I was at work. Being new to eating buffalo, I followed the "Basic Cooking Instructions and Recipes" pamphlet to cook a few of the tenderloins and the meat came out excellent. I also cooked some of the ground buffalo as burgers for my buddies during the football games last week and they went over very well. I am excited to try the rest of my order.

Ordering meat isn't a life changing experience, but my first time order involved good communication (timely e-mails), and the cooler was on my porch the exact date that Wild Idea Buffalo Co. said it would be, so we got off to a good start. So far, I've only tried the ground bison and a huge bison rib eye steak, and they've both been excellent. I've only ordered once, so far, but based on my experience so far, I would recommend Wild Idea Buffalo Co. to anyone that is looking for a healthy alternative to grocery store beef.

The total (including shipping) for 2.5 lbs. of product was $69.50 (works out to $27.80 per pound). The ad said that they would include 2 lbs. of ground buffalo at no extra cost by entering a code at check out. There was never anywhere on the website to enter the code.

Our entire family enjoys wild buffalo as our only source of read meat, and we enjoy all of the base cuts offered by Wild Idea. We like a few of the quality processed products from Wild Idea, but the sausage products do not have the consistency or taste we prefer.

I came across Wild Idea Buffalo Co. this fall and purchased a quarter buffalo. Since that time, this is pretty much the only meat that I eat. I feel great because of it!! I have re-ordered (mostly the ground buffalo, hotdogs, and stew meat) a couple times since then, as well as ordered gift cards for others. My wolf hybrids have also appreciated the dog bones! (Can't forget our 4-legged family members). This is a wonderful company and the folks have been very pleasant to speak with when I have called with questions. The meat is packed well for shipping and has always arrived still frozen. I hope to tour the ranch this summer when I get out that way. What a great way to become a healthier you and at the same time be respectful to the animals! One thing I'd like to see in the future is a BUNDLE package offered just on the variety of roasts. I would definitely place an order on a roast bundle!!

MY dogs absolutely love this meat. They scarf it down. I would also like to give them some green tripe. Perhaps you can make this available in the future. I would order more frequently, but is expensive with the shipping . I would love to be able to find locally, but it is not available.
