The meat that I got was very good,with nice flavor and tender .If I could afford it,I would like to sample all the other cuts of meat once a week.I love good steaks,and any I have had from you have been very good.

First off our box of buffalo arrived still mostly frozen and back into the freezer it went!! As we unpacked the meat we were happy to find the cuts were all individually packaged as my wife and I prefer small portions to a lot of leftovers. Although the roast is high! We will see about cutting it in atleast half when time comes. We decided to cook the burgers and did so on a flat cast iron griddle with a little olive oil and a pate of butter and man were they tastie!! We are so far very happy with our Wild Idea experience!! Great job folks !
