My Ground Buffalo was excellent, tasted great, patties were good size, and cost was reasonable. However shipping costs were high (understandably, as meat arrived still totally frozen.)

The specials and Jill's recipes are fantastic The shipment updates are complete and automatic Best of all is the WIB shipping department staff Who, recognizing the name from orders past Will take the time before they send to pen a personal note, a friend to a friend.

The book came in record time. I was pleasantly surprised. Because it came so quickly I've not yet had time to read it but I'm looking forward to the experience.

I was delighted by the ease of ordering and the rapid shipping. My order came frozen solid from South Dakota to New England, despite the added step of having to be transported by ferry to an island! We haven't gotten our grill fired up yet, so the only thing we've eaten so far is the salami, but it was delicious. I am planning parties for friends around buffalo burgers and chuck roast barbecue. Gosh, I am sure the burgers are great. I had no idea they are not individually wrapped. I live alone, and will never cook 4 burgers at a time. I have ordered other buffalo burgers and they were individually wrapped so I guess I just assumed that was the same with your product. Well, I have not cooked any of the burgers yet. Trying to figure out how I can use 4 at a time. But I am sure they are going to be great. Respectfully, Ann

We are totally organic consumers and have been wanting to purchase from Wild Idea because of their commitment to organic food and sustainable, humane animal husbandry. The buffalo is excellent! So delicious and digestible. It arrived in wonderful shape. One of our items was not included in the order, but customer service responded promptly and it will be shipped in our next order.
