Bad, Bad, and More Bad
Bad, bad, bad customer service. I was told that I could send the product back for a refund. I sent it back. I never received a refund. I reached out to them for an update. I received a link to a page that showed me nothing. I told them this, and they never replied. Of course, owing to the fact that they never formally said that they issued a refund, my credit card company was unable to do anything about getting a refund from them. And finally, they pointed to their refund policy: "If over 15 days have gone by since you've received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange." It used to say 10 days, which is where I got hit: even though the agent said that I can get a refund, USPS was unable to deliver the package back until 14 days after I received the package, which of course trumps what the agent said. Mind you the agent never talked about the 10 day window either, which led me to believe that I would get the refund. I would've been fine now, but of course I wasn't then. Their refund policy should make it clear that returns need arrive back at their location within X number of days. Not just started within that time, but arrive, be delivered, whatever synonym one wants to use. It's a lousy way to get money from people. Oh, and their cases aren't of the highest quality.
