WigsdoReviews of wigsdo.com

I would not recommend ordering from this company. The order took over a month to come and then looked nothing like the website. When I contacted them, they offered me $15 and told me to try washing and styling it again. I guess my granddaughters will have a very expensive dress up toy to play with. Horrible!!! If I had known this was a Chinese company I never would have ordered.

If I could give zero stars that would be more accurate. I ordered a wig from them and it took so long to arrive I thought I hadn't completed the transaction. I didn't see Wigsdo on any of my accounts so I made a second order. A couple of days later the original order was delivered and it was not at all what I expected from the pictures. I contacted customer service asking to cancel the second wig but it was delivered a few weeks later. I went to the site and clicked on, "returns/exchanges" to know what address to send the return to. That has been about a month ago and they keep giving me the runaround. They eventually said that they would make me another wig to my specifications. I asked again where to send the return as part of the exchange process. They said that I could keep the original wig and I'd only have to pay $60 for the replacement. I told them that I wasn't willing to pay any more money and that I wanted a return only. Today I get an email saying that I can keep the wig that I didn't want and send them $60 for a replacement or I can return the wig for $20 shipping. I give up I will find somewhere to donate the wigs but I strongly encourage people to NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Bad bad service. I ordered. Wanted to return to get correct wig. Said I had to pay $15 for exchange. I got tired of lack of communication and just wanted my $15 back and wasn’t reordering And haven’t heard from anyone for 2 months. Over seas company’s who don’t give a crap

Thankfully, I did not purchase anything from this company before I found this out. After I created an account with them and logged in, they sent me an email showing me my login information, including my password written out. Who does that? That is PII. If they can do that, God only knows what their security is for their site with holding a credit card payment or PayPal. Nope! I would not buy from them if I were you.

Total rip off. Buyer beware!! Ordered “Jane Fonda” wig. Horrible wig, Unstyled wig arrived in plain box. Nothing accompanied it to show it was a “Jane Fonda” wig. No written receipt or return info. Almost $100. Thrown away.

Unfortunately, learned hard way to look up reviews on online websites when ordering & blindly sending payments to companies, a good deal which are Chinese and fraudulent. My complaint is exactly the same as previous one which stated: SCAM on a grand scale. They use stock photos from name brand wigs makers - then tell you the wigs are made especially for you upon order. "The wigs are AWEFUL!!! and FORGET ABOUT a return for refund! You may be offered 10%, 15% or 20% or purchase to keep the wig - - you may be offered to choose a new FREE wig from a select list. DON'T GO THERE!!!" I found the above warning review after I made a purchase & saw from my paypal receipt that the money went directly to a hotmail.com location. Paypal refunded my payment. By now, they are well aware of these fraudulent online agents.

Bought a wig and barely fit my head and I have a small head… the wig is very cheaply made, Hair is very sloppy unmanageable cannot get it to create a neat look. It’s very obvious that you’re wearing a wig & does not look like real hair. I tried to get a refund, but the only thing they could do for me is give me another wig if I paid for the shipping, So I got a replacement wig of a different kind, paid for the shipping and this one is no better & as bad as the first one and unusable. Sadly, enough, I had to throw it in the garbage as it is no value to me or anyone else… They should be ashamed for selling this crap. These wigs look nothing like the pics that are portrayed. Please do not order from this company. You will be sorry and throwing your money away. They have very poor customer service or should I say no customer service! Shame on you Wigsdo!
