WigsdoReviews of wigsdo.com

Received the wig it was thicker, longer and the cut was not like the picture. Asked return for a refund .. Went round and around with emails back and forth .. will not refund my money but offered me $20 to keep the wig or give me 15% off another wig. I spent $275 on this wig. They do not have a return policy their website lies. They will not refund your money or accept a return. !!

Wish I could leave ZERO stars! It took over a month to receive 2 wigs. They are not human hair as advertised. 1 of the 2 were the wrong color. And BOTH are the wrong styles? Their customer service offered $25 back and I could keep the wigs? Instead of the over $200 I paid? They told me not to send them to the address sent from, but refused to provide a return address until the 10th request? ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

Don't trust this company. I ordered a human hair wig for a loved one and received a synthetic wig that was much shorter than described and they won't give me a refund. Don't buy from them, you'll regret it.

Do not order from this company! I was not happy with the wig i orderd for my neice who is going thru chemo. Luckily my credit card credited my money back. I contacted the company, and they want me to send wig back or give them $60. If not they threatened to freeze my bank account or ruin my credit score. PO was going to charge $294!! I told them to send me a label and they will get the wig back. Terrible response time from them!!! Lesson learned!!!!

I am here to confirm the negative reviews. I ordered two hand-tied Remy Hair wigs in Butterscotch. The color I received was red-gold, Very RED-gold. After weeks of emailing back and forth, during which time the Wigsdo rep attempted to "get me to see the company side" stating they would not make any money, I finally received an offer of a 15% refund. Mind you, I spent over $400 on something that I will have to attempt to dye myself to get the correct color. But I see "their side".

I almost always check reviews before ordering a product, especially for a product that costs substantially more than similar items from other suppliers. I don't know why I didn't this time. Big mistake. The wig I received is a complete piece of junk. Strands fell off by the handful the first time I tried it on. The cap shows along one of the sides. There's no way to hide it. The package arrived 4 weeks after I ordered it, with no identification, packing slip or instructions. After reading other reviews, I see there is not much point in trying to return this horrible thing. Please don't waste your money like I did buying anything from this company.

I will never order from these scammers/ rip off artists ever again. Took a month to receive my wig, wrong one and color. Not human hair! Gave me a serious hard time for a return address. I threatened to report them. Offered 15% off, then only half or less of my money back. Gave me every reason to not refund me, as I threw the threat at them they gave me the return address & it is probably fake. I’m not giving them another dime & cancelled my card anyway. And had the nerve to say they weren’t looking for more money, said I could pay $70 for another wig and keep the one I had. Then tried getting money from me for an exchange, that’s not how an exchange works! Stay clear of this company! Nothing but scammers!!

I ordered my wig 12/20/24 It took 3 weeks to get my wig. It was super large, not large, and super platinum on color! I did not ever want that color or order it. It was made for a giant head! When asked for a refund-'on 1/16(receuved on 1/14/ Send pictures'. I did. Then let the games begin I have been fighting to get a refund daily for 10 days-its now 1/24/2025 You must pay 'this and that fee, that postage, this amount for a new wig, etc." All lies, and no Refund mentioned. I AM DONE! I DONT WANT ANOTHER WIG! I WANT MY REFUND! PLUS THEY CHARGE AN INTERNSTIONAL FEE ONCE. THE WIG IS SHIPPED. THAT IS NEVER MENTIONED ON THE WEBSITE OR FINAL PRICE! SCAMMERS!! SAVE YOUR MONEY & BUY A PAULA YOUNG WIG!
