I realized this company was a TOTAL SCAM BEFORE MY CHARGES WENT TRUE. CUZ I TRIRD TO CALL THEIR NO AN IT DOSENT WORK AN CLICKING ON THEIR TXT I GOT SOME VITAMIN GROUP RUN BY 2 doctors 🤬anyway my credit card Co is going thru the process of NOT paying them cus it’s a SCAM .. Horrible company!!!! Send a damn near orange colored wig. They had the nerve to offer me another wig but l had to pay an additional $40 and keep the wig l didn’t want. After l rejected that the said they can offer my 10% back and keep the wig. I paid $119.00 for the junk wig!! I told them either replace with another wig l had sent the a picture and it was even less then what l paid for. The said we can make that one but l had to pay $40 ! I called my bank and sent them emails of the conversation. Ask them to reverse my payment and get my money back.

Received wigs one month late, and having lost hair through treatment, made that work. Wigs came, look NOTHING like the pictures and very poor quality! You need to write reason for return only to receive multiple responses trying to convince you to keep them; not acceptable and frustrating which is not needed while going through serious medical situation!

They steal your money. You can never send back your wig because they will let you think that it will cost too much money to do this. The wig is a cheap quality don't wait for your refund, it will never happens.

If you're reading this review after ordering and still are waiting for your order to be shipped - Do This Now! Send an email to Support and tell them that you have not received the shipping notification and that you are canceling the order. Work with PayPal to file a claim and request a refund. They will see your cancellation request and likely they will still ship it and send a fake shipping notification that it is in Elk Grove Village but that isn't true - it ships from China. So when you receive it just immediately send it back.
