I receive a poorly constructed wig ($100 USD + shipping). I provided a photo of the poorly constructed wig and was told that "it looks fine to them" and it's MY job to make it look better. Just wash it and comb it out they said, it'll be fine. When I push back they say that it doesn't look bad to them at all and that it costs too much to ship it back. After 4 more emails, "We will offer you $15 Canadian dollars refund". After 6 emails of negotiation I am still trying to get a return address label so that I can get a refund. The $40 wig I received from Cozzyzone is much cheaper and constructed perfectly. NEVER AGAIN.

Still didn’t ship after two weeks. Got two notifications from company of when they expected it to be shipped. Not shipped and no word from company. I contacted them and after 24 hours was told the new estimate was in another week (4 weeks from order and 2 weeks from original estimate). I asked for a refund and was told they would process it “urgently” and ship it in about a week. I don’t think they actually have the wig in inventory. I suspect they allowed it to be ordered then they ordered it from somewhere else and are waiting to receive it before they ship it to me.

It's good. Very good wigs , top class service and decent pricing are the features that describe this place. It is a good online wig shop.
