Buyer BEWARE of Wigsdo!!! I bought a black with gray highlights human hair wig from Wigsdo and was so excited for it to come in. It seemed like the perfect wig for me. I had been studying it very carefully for days before I bought it. When the wig finally came in, I opened the box and pulled out a light brown shiny wig! Oh no! Where's my black and gray wig? I emailed Wigsdo and this is what they said, "Hello, Thank you for your cooperation, and we have received your pictures. The wig color looks good from the pictures. We all know that computer screen and the shooting light may cause slight color difference when we are shopping online. Hope you can understand the special situation. It is inevitable when we are shopping online. We believe you will look very nice in this wig. Would you mind try it once more? Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! Regards Lucy " There was no gray or black!!! How does she know how nice I'm going to look in the light brown wig? I tried to post a picture of both wigs but this review does not allow me to.

Do Not NEVER order from this company! I ordered a wig in July 15 2026! Never rec’d. I happen to see the order on my PayPal account while I was ordering the same wig! So while processing I caught my mistake and said to cancel! My account got slammed anyway so now I have two charges and NO wigs! They were told NOT not to process but I was scammed! I am going to notify the FTC, the Illinois Attorney, my credit card company, and the FBi! I will not be scammed. This kind of criminal action must be stopped!

This company is a scam! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered the wig! I paid $149.00 for a beautiful Kinky Curly Wig June 30, 2026. I received a red curly Annie Wig, today July 27, 2026! They stopped responding to my emails, about when I would receive my wig. This site is a fake, and I want everyone to know. Is there something that can be done about this.

Ordered a wig from city wigs for my elderly mother (101 years old) who can no longer bear to have her hair styled and permed. The wids took weeks to arrive! When it did is was dark brown and long, not the short, curly silver wig we had ordered. I emailed city wigs and told them that I needed to return it and asked the shipping address. There reply was to offer 30% discount and we could keep the wig. I refused and asked again for shipping instructions. Was then told that I could have a further 10% discount to keep the wig or return it to China (I was under the impression is was based in the USA, I would not have willingly bough a wig from China). I asked them to cover the cost of shipping as it was their mistake but was told that it was company policy that all returns were paid for by the buyer. I argued that it was their error, and I wanted a full refund. No replies to email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased 4 wigs from this company Stupidity on my part All four wigs look the same and I wanted to return one and they absolutely refused but they would send me another one for $50 extra They are absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with and regret ever dealing with them. I trimmed the wigs to my liking and they’re better but none of them look like the picture you picked out.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They are a total SCAM! Wigs look nothing like pictured and when you attempt to return or exchange they flood you with emails trying to get you to keep the products. The wigs come from China so returns would be costly. I had to send 10 plus emails to finally get a credit for 1/2 of what I paid. They encourage you to keep the wigs! They are so bad they do not even want them back!!!!!Total scam!!! Order from reputable companies-not this one!

WilI never order from them again. I ordered the same wig twice because the first one came and didn't look anything at all like what I had ordered. So they gave me back 50% of my money and we ordered the same wig again, and the same thing, didn't look anything like what I ordered - NOTHING LIKE IT! Instead of complaining this time, I'm not because it'll be a waste of time, spent too much money already. Will give the brand new wig to the Good Will.

PLEASE do read the comments and do not order from this company!! I didn't read the comments. I ordered not 1 but 3 wigs. It's been over a month and I still have not received the 3rd wig, but at this point, I don't want it. 1. The company, WIGSDO, does not operate in good faith. What you see online is not what you receive. 2. The description says "Human Hair". I have enough wigs to know human hair and this definitely NOT human hair. 3. I reached out via email for "RETURN AND REFUND" instructions as stated on their website. I was asked to send "proof" that I had the wigs and the packaging. I did that. 4. Once they said the wigs were in same condition as received, they told me to keep them. And that they would not issue a refund as if the packaging was the issue. 5. I responded that the packaging was not the issue, but rather the hair quality. The hair is not human hair as advertised. There is NO LACE FRONT as advertised. 6. They responded that they'd give me a 15% discount off future orders. 7. I sent pictures/videos of the inside of the wig showing them the difference between what they advertise online and what I actually received. 8. This company is a SCAM. The hair is disgusting and they don't even try to make their customers happy or resolve issues. Telling me to keep the wigs because the package was not damaged doesn't take into consideration the hair quality and fact that I'm not a happy customer.
