Just received 2 wigs as a gift. Will keep them not to hurt the feelings of the person gifting them BUT THEY ARE CRAP. The photos are nothing like the wigs. Cheap is an understatement. I always buy from GODIVA SECRET WIGS. No issues with returns/refunds, the quality is amazing for not much more than these horrible costume horrors. They should pay ppl to wear these nasty things.

Wigs Dont! Never buy from this scamming China company!! All lies and forget about a refund! Buy 10 wigs from Shein for the same price and better quality! How this company can rob from people with cancer is beyond comprehension. Hope karma finds these people soon!

This site is a scam! Stay away. No wig, no refund, and their website is out of commission!

I would give 0 stars. Their customer service is a scam. They only refund 20%. If that. They advise human hair. No way cheap and it comes from China. Steer clear and don’t waste your time or money

Do not buy from them , they are scammers, with complaints with Better Business Bureau, which I also intend to file . Oh how I wish I had read these reviews . They sent me the wrong wig, i had transcript of conversation with their rep, that proved they sent the wrong wig. They made me some rediculous low offers. Then said send back the wig, which sending it back to China is prohibitive in price, I am not done yet, filing a complaint with BBB, and Federal Trade Commission, this devious company needs to be banned from selling in USA

This Co is one you never order from. Firstly, what I had ordered was not even a represention of what the photo on site looked like.. It's was over chopped cut so bad they let me keep it and sent a replacement of my choice. What I picked, a straight Remy human hair wig for my replacement that was cheaper then my original purchase, it wasn't even a human hair wig as it stated on site. It looks terrible. NEVER use them useless you want to waste your money. For value, I am sooo happy with Heywigs and WigOutlet. I'm glad I learned! I should have done due diligence in vetting them. Take your time, do your research, and beware of those many disreputable Company's. Teddy Ortega

I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company, Every one-star review is accurate. This company is a total scam. I ordered a wig, straight, pixie cut, and I received a very curly wig. I was told that it was a custom-made wig and that I could keep it and they would give me 10% and then a 15% refund. If this wig is custom-made I will eat the box it came it. They also told me this company is in the US. That's BS! This company is in China. I have alopecia and have had for years. I have a custom-made wig, and I can tell you there is no resemblance between the custom-made wig I have and the one they sent to me. DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. In order for me to be able to reconcile this in my mind I am going to donate it to a nonprofit organization that helps women with cancer.

Don't buy from this company!!! I ordered 2 wigs for $265. One of them needed be human hair. I received 2 wrong sized wigs, both synthetic. I wrote to them immediately. They gave me all kind of advice what to do with them, like make them gift to somebody - Then offered 10% refund and i can keep the wigs. After a long fight we arrived to 20%, 25%, 35%... I got tired and accepted. From here you can see, the wigs are overpriced.I lost &173 and remained with 2 unusable wigs.
