Totally Bogus! I placed my order on April 13th and the item was not delivered until July 10th (about 3 months). After many attempts to reach their Customer Service regarding the delivery status, I was receiving the same response "Be patient, your package is on it's way". When the shipment finally arrived I was never so disappointed, it was not the style, color or quality I was expecting. I returned the item 2 days after receiving it, I am waiting to hear about my refund. After reading the other reviews it made me wish I would have checked beforehand. It appears I have been taken.... Buyers Beware!

Big SCAM!!! Do not buy from them. Will not give any kind of refunds, just want more money. A bunch of liars!!

Absolutely disgraceful. I paid for an extra 2 inches on the topper so paid $110. It took almost 3 months to receive it and when I did it was nothing more than a rats tail. Literally the top you pin onto your head is 2" by 3" at most. I am trying to get a refund this should be an ordeal but I won't quit. Totally false advertising. They should be deleted from advertising on FB or any other venue.

This company is a scam!!! They drag Your order for a very Long time hoping people forget. And once you keep chasing them up and tell them you will open a case otherwise. They send you only parts of the order and rubbish. A very cheap item just to show the “ship” status. The product is not worth even $2. It is absolutely rubbish and a waste of time. Have opened a paypal case and still waiting on it. Stay AWAY to save time.

Would really like to give 0 stars. I ordered two wigs in color 131 - red. Both were supposed to be large cap wigs. It took forever for them to arrive. Months. They are horrible. The hair looks like the kind of hair you would find on a cheap babydoll. The color is unlike anything found in nature - so fake. And one of the wigs is not a large-cap - it is so small. I've tried to resolve this with the company but they will not give me an address to return the wigs and will not refund my money. Beware.

Waited a really tong time to receive the 2 wigs i ordered. Thought they were coming from the US but came from China. The wigs themselves look ok in the box but terrible once they were tried on. Way longer and fuller then they apprear online. Tried to get a refund and send them back and was told to try again and get them cut by a hairdresser. No offer for refund and no address to send them back. Just emailed and told they spent a long time making them. Not satisfied whatsoever and out $300. Don't order from them. Try godiva hair instead. This company is a joke. Similar experience to many here. Been fighting for over 2 months to get my money back. Website claims they are based in US, but product ships months later from China and then they give you false information regarding shipment. The item I recieved was complete garbage and then they claim it was handmade. WHY IS IS NOT THE ITEM I ORDERED IF IT WAS HANDMADE?!?!? I will never buy from here again and will tell anyone else to avoid them like the plague. Their website(s) should be shut down!

I WOULD RATE THEM A MINUS 5 STARS BUT IT IS NOT AN OPTION. THIS IS THE BIGGEST RIP OFF. WIG IS NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE OF A PLUSH PONYTAIL. WHAT I GOT IS A FEW STRANDS OF HAIR ATTACHED TO A SHOELACE. IT WAS LISTED AT $80+ ENDED UP COSTING $130+. I COULD HAVE BRUSHED MY DOG AND GOTTEN BETTER RESULTS. EXPENSIVE LESSON. SHOP LOCALLY.
