I think most of the positive reviews are fake somebody should take care of the consumers, this website is deceiving the people, it is fraud

Ordered wig HORRIBLE ...Hair smells has synthetic fibers. Tried to cancel order before they sent THEY totally ignored me.. sent anyway. I Sent wig back. Fighting to get refund. Horrible company do not spend your money will be lost. Scam company. Worst wig i ever seen. Then they try to get you to buy another wig and send them more money on discount. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.. scams

They will take your money and you will NOT get what you ordered. They will NOT refund your money, only drag out the drama until you finally just give up. My package arrived from Ca. but they want me to return it to China, but even still they will not even provide any return address.

I bought 2 wigs with wigsdo; "Bella Thorne " and "Copper real hair capless". Verry very deceived. It does not look like the picture. And I see through it. I can see the treads!!! They also get tangled easily. The forehead is not at all like the pictures. It looks cheap!! I give them 1 star. I'm so angry at them. It's the second time I get scamed on a wigs site. So far, the only trust worthy wigs site I have found is " The friscky gypsy wigs" !

Do not trust !!! I cant say this enough!!!! They send you what they want to send you not what you ordered!!! $ 200 later Im out of the money! They wanted me to pay them $100 to get another one I ordered dark brown with blond highlights. I received a red wig I ordered lace front. NO LACE FRONT! IM IN THE MIDDLE OF CHEMO ! I ordered the wig in May I just received!Its August! I'm losing my hair and they won't help at all. Please do not use these people!

It was horrible the color the texture. The company would not refund. I try to sell it very cheap and it wouldn't sell. I have owned synthetic wigs and they were never that bad. This happen before the covid 19

Just an update. They are a Chinese company. Filled out pay pal case and when i checked when i received the wig it was from Shanghai. How do they get away with this????

I am like a lot of other people I had a horrible experience with wigsdo ordered a wig took months to get looked like crap after receiving got run around for months about being shipped and be patient if you read a good review it is a total lie I don’t think this is a business it is someone running a scam out of their home they only offered to make new wig for more money of course after many emails to Helen they offered a fifteen dollar refund so I am out 109.00 for a wig I never tried on please don’t order from them you will get disappointed
