This website is a SCAM. DO NOT BE FOOLED! The good reviews on this website is FAKE! I'm so irritated that I made an account on here to put a review, since the only place this website has a review is through here, Trustpilot. These wigs were advertise to me via Instagram. Red flag right there. Now days, ads on Insta are 80% scams. I placed an order in February. They sent me an email saying it was shipped, that I should receive it in 5-7 days. Time passed. I received NOTHING. I contacted customer service for a refund. It took 2 weeks to get a reply from them after I emailed them 3 times. They said the wig is going to be ship, for me to wait patiently as this is a high quality wig. So they never ship the wig! Why send me an email saying it was ship. 2nd time around. I waited. A month after I received an email, saying the same thing. That my item was shipped, I should receive it in 5-7 days along with the tracking #. They're using some kind of tracking website that I've never seen before, and I order tons of stuff online. I tracked it, and everything was BS. It said shipped from China, and then it got returned back to China. Like wth? I didn't even receive the item. And it only displayed shipped, then return. This is FAKE. SCAM. I contacted cutomer service again, and I noticed they changed the subject to *warning* after what I write in the original subject line. I suppose, it's so that the other reps know that I'm a threat cause I kept emailing them about a wig I ordered but never received. I asked kindly for a refund, and they refused saying that the wig was definitely shipped and after they made it, they cannot do a refund. Clearly this is not going anywhere. I opened a dispute with my bank. It's going to take a very long time for this to end.

I can't say enough good things! I ordered a hair topper for my daughter: Remy real hair, straight 18", blonde. It was delivered when they estimated it would be at the time of the initial order, and the quality was excellent! It was definitely real hair - blends seamlessly in texture with her own hair - and a very good weight. She took it with her to the salon to have it dyed and styled to match her hair and you honestly can't tell she is wearing a topper, either through look or feel. (Note: always buy a lighter shade if dying as you can make them darker much easier than you can lighten). We were walking in a heavy wind yesterday and it blew like natural hair, not rising around the clips or anything. She finds it very easy to attach and detach. And (this is a big thing) it came in a very discreet box - just a flower pattern saying "our gift for you" so no one was aware of what was inside. There were some very scary reviews that made us exceptionally worried, but we have had a wonderful experience. When I emailed them with a question, they responded within the same day so customer service was not an issue as other people said. We purchased from Canada through the US site - maybe that's the difference. Also, there is Wigsdo and Wigdo, which could also add to the confusion. We purchased through Wigsdo.com.

The worst customer service. I received the wig weeks after placing the order and it was not as described when I received it. I requested a return and refund (never tried on and still in the box) and the representative refuse to do it. They’re trying to get me go try it on because if I do, then according to their rules you can’t return it. Now they’re telling me pay an additional $80 after I paid $160 to get a different wig. They’re taking advantage of people and adding stress to my situation when this should be the last thing I stress about.

Every positive review is one long sentence devoid of punctuation, is completely illiterate, and says all the same things. No one with English as a first language would speak like that. Certainly not trustworthy in my view - is there an English-speaking college graduate out there to provide a review (other than me)?

Why do all the reviews I'm reading say excellent and you ordered and you had it in a few days I thank these reviews are phony the company is overseas it takes over a month to get here so how could you have your wig within a couple days and every review is excellent like am I the only person that got a fake wig when they ordered a human Remy wig something just doesn't feel right with this I honestly don't trust the reviews I'm reading in reference to wigs do I think the company is posting these excellent reviews on themselves and they are making people believe they can trust this company
