Ordered a "hand tied" wig and was told it would take 15 to 20 working days. It has now been 32 working days and the only time I hear from them is when I send them an e-mail. there has been 5 e-mails from them that say "we process your wig urgently. It will be completed and shipped next week." Now 3 weeks later and I just want my money back now.

They are scams and don't buy anything from you. They steal their money and send you junk products and never return them.

If I can give a 0 star I will . I ordered a wig since July 2020 I just got the wig 10/12/2020.OMG very cheaply done considering I paid $145.00. The worst part is I’m trying to return I went to the post office and I want someone to received the package since this in in China. The charge is $67.00 then per wigsdo refund policy they will subtract the amount of delivery.!!!! Never ever order from this website!!!! Now$145.00 is gone and I can’t even use the wig!!!!

I got my order fairly quick. But the color was completely different from what i ordered. I returned the item and NEVER got my money back (168! ). Had horrible experience communicating with the company. NEVER buy from wigsdo.com !!! Spend your money with the reliable company instead !!!

Just wanted to see if you more words about my extremely horrific experience dealing with these people. They are 100% false advertising when they say that they will give you a refund. The wig is not at all the way they make it look online. It’s fake and cheap and to me almost feels like a Halloween costume wig. No matter what they will not give you your money back so just know that if you take a chance and you don’t like it you will not get your $ back. Just for any one else that has had this issue they are out of China and so you can try working with the Better Business Bureau but if that fails then you’ll need to contact the federal trade commission. It’s important that we all speak up and so this company can be taken off the Internet. I am pretty much giving up getting my money back at this point but they need to be held accountable.

I ordered a wig from them It was supposed to be a lace front human hair wig. It was neither. It is a really cheap synthetic like you could get at a costume shop for about $25. They are a rip off. Don't do business with them. They refused to give me back my money and I am disputing the charges with my credit card company.

I ordered two wigs from this company on July 24, 2020. It is now September 26, 2020. I have only received one of the wigs. I have contacted company support about the other wig and they keep telling me I have received that one as well. But I have not received it! Total Scam!

If only I had read the reviews before purchasing this horrible wig. Like most people have said here, delivery took months, it wasn't at all what I ordered and trying to return it for a full refund haa been a nightmare. Helen won't provide a return shipping address and keeps trying to sell me another one. I have had 5 email exchanges with her so far and am getting nowhere. Buyer beware!
