Don't walk, RUN AWAY! I ordered from this seller and they send you the wrong color, wrong length and no clips attached to the hair piece. I complained with them directly first, they pretended that they don't understand. I then complained with PayPal, and wanted to return the item for a refund, but they gave me the an incomplete address to send it back to China, so it was impossible before the deadline ran out. I then complained to my credit card company, and the seller fabricated a complete different story of lies so that they didn't have to be responsible and I had to eat the charges and stuck with this useless piece of hair. Safe yourself the pain and stay away!

I wish I had read the POOR reviews before i spent $269!! I had lost my hair do to chemo treatment and placed an order with them. ... Unfortunately I could not use it and immediately followed the procedure to receive a REFUND!! The item was still in the original packaging, one wasn't even opened. They asked me to send pictures, I DID. After numerous tries, they INSISTED that all they would do is make me another one!! I explained to them that all I want is for them to HONOR what is on the website. I pleaded with someone named Lucy and asked to speak to a supervisor who perhaps help me with this matter... ... After a month of emails back and forth, with NO AVAIL... I had no choice but to concede. I was heartbroken... money down the drain and taken advantage of!!!! E Rose

This is the biggest scam with the lowest quality product. I am currently in dispute with them as I paid with Paypal, and one is supposed to get a refund when the item is not as described. Not only it took forever (3 months) but what they sent has nothing to do with the picture of the item they provided as these seem to be stolen from reputable manufacturers. Not only do they take a very long time to deliver (under threat) but the disappointment is so big on delivery that you wished you had not received the item at all. We should not buy from single Chinese manufacturers who do not have the quality control from a western agency, I think

Scam. Ordered a dark brown. Recieved a viberant red and after speaking with them the think the color is correct and stand by their decision that there was no mistake and refuse to return. Horrible customer service.

SCAM 100% They are a scam, do not order anything from them. If you try to do a return, they will not honor their return policy. The wigs are fake and cheap, I try and try to return the wig and get a refund. No matter what they will not give you your money back. Please report this to The Federal Trade Commission. It’s important that we all speak up and so this company can be taken off the Internet. I am pretty much giving up getting my money back at this point but they need to be held accountable.

Horrible - tried to cancel my order because they will take 10 weeks for my item to be delivered. They will not cancel my order. Biggest scam ever

It's clear that this website is fraudulent. If you read the positive reviews on here. They are all dated within a few days of each other and half of them are in broken or poor English or make little to no sense. This is a Chinese scam. I contacted the Company within minutes of my order to cancel without any response, of course, because they wouldn't be able to scam me.
