DO NOT ORDER. I received an order that was not what I had ordered. To exchange they ask me for more money. I asked for a refund without success.It’s completely fraud !!! 0 star !!!

This is not a review. I had to select a star in order to say THANK YOU. I just want to thank everyone for their reviews. Their honest reviews. I was going to buy. A few of styles I really liked. The one person that gave 4 stars, I wonder if she works for the company Does anyone know of Fantastic wig store? I'm looking for one that has a large collection of wigs for African-American women. Where do the beauty salons buy from?

Stay away from that company. They are fraud. I never received my wig for 4 month and only after I started dispute of charge they sent me complete trash instead of the wig that I ordered. I don't understand why these companies are allowed to keep selling and literally rub people!!!

I also wish I would have read the reviews. I ordered a short pixie cut wig and received what looked like a clown wig. It was even a yellowish color. From reading these reviews I'm not expecting a refund. 😖 I rate them 0.

This company is a Scam and fraud. The wig I paid 121.00 for, a dog would not be seen wearing it. I was sent the wrong color. Their information and address is not available to the public because they are scammers. I cannot find a return address. I have written several emails and no response. PLEASE BLACK PEOPLE, WHITE People ALL PEOPLE do not waste your money on these worthless wigs. Facebook is ruining their reputation with this wigsdo company.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! It was my first purchase from WigsDo. WigsDo sent me the wrong colorwig. I paid $)126 for that wig. It was shipped via FedEx and arrived almost a month later. The wig was supposed to be Auburn chocolate brown as per the catalogue picture and the color chart, but they sent me a purple wig. WigsDo refused to pay for the return shipment. Instead, WigsDo expected me to pay for the return shipment and upon receipt, they would deal with the exchange option. WigsDo did not accept any responsibility and insisted I keep it because eventually I will learn to like it. The emails went back and forth to no avail. So I opened a fraud case with my credit card company that paid for the wig, and requested them to credit the $126 to my account with the understanding that as soon as they arrange with their courier to ship it back at WigsDo’s expense, I would return it. As a consolation my credit card company credited me $100. Also that wig did not have a scalp and the model in the picture posed in a way looking at one side that the top of the wig was hidden purposefully to hide the fact that the wig had no scalp. Once I received it, it definitely looked fake. The point of wearing wigs is that you look as natural as possible. Not with this wig, it was purple and had no scalp. For a Halloween party would have been alright. .

I can't believe the negative reviews I am reading from customers! My wig was beautiful! It fit perfectly, the color is what I ordered, and I was thrilled to wear it at my son's wedding in October. Everyone said I looked fabulous! They couldn't believe it was me! I hope to order another one of these days!

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought! Horrible cheap clown-like wig and they are refusing to refund!!
