If I could give 0 stars I would. I received the wig I ordered, it’s supposed to be human hair but the quality is poor. I reached out to return the wig and have gotten 2 weeks of run around even though I followed their own policy to the letter. Do not do business with this company, if you do get the product you will have pure hell returning it.

DO NOT BUY FROM WIGSDO!! First they told me my payment hadn't gone through. When I told them it had, they agreed to send the wig. Then I received it and it's obviously not human hair. I asked for a replacement, and they told me I had to pay another $105 to get what I ordered! The most they will refund is 20% of what I paid. IT'S A RIPOFF!!!!

Send the totally wrong wig and color. Tried to return it and they said it looks good, just take it to a stylist and it will look good on you. The company is a scam. DO NOT DO BUSY WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!

My experience is exactly as everyone else in this site. Company sent a random wig, not at all what a I ordered, it’s not human hair, cap is totally different style and color is different and they will not replace. They only offer 30% discount. Now matter how you spell it out how it is totally their mistake they refuse to make good. Company is just a scam

Buyer beware! They do NOT refund your money. The wig I purchased (Petite size) still did not fit my head. After numerous emails with Lucy I finally gave up as they would not give me a refund. They offered to make the same wig?? It still would not fit my very small child like head. I learned a lesson the hard way. I will give this wig to our local Hospice in hopes that someone will be able to use it. I certainly can not. Margaret F

I ordered a wig from this company and they are the WORST EVER DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! the wig was not human hair, it was nothing that I would want when it came HORRIABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, I kept asking for the address to return the wig they would never give it to me, I wanted my money back they would just say you try for a little while we know you will like it, I sent over 30 emails wanting a refund they would never give me the address to send it back, then would offer me less money to back and keep the wig but never did that either I DID NOT WANT THIS wig and they still to this day have not given me an resolution to this and I can not reach anyone no one will write me back there is no number to call THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AND NOW I'M STUCK WITH A WIG I WON'T WEAR. HATE HATE HATE THIS COMPANY PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER!
