I love this wig because it's so fluffy and beautiful! It has hair thay does NOT shed nor tangle. It's exactly as described on wigsbuy and honestly, it's sooo worth the price. I love how the texure of it is so realistic .. I seriously thought i placed the wrong order because this was so worth it for cheap price! I love love it. It has a Beautiful hairline and is so natural looking. Shipping was also very quick considering it came within a week the max. The shipping says it takes a month but that isn't true. I highly recommend this wig !

Now this bunch are trying to have my reviews removed. Their reason I never placed order. Now I find this strange as I have order number and several emails from them offering me discounts on the rubbush they call wigs. Even more strange PayPal refunded me the cost Don’t buy from these EVER I have had to involve PayPal as this company has no idea what it is doing. I received emails that contradicted the previous email I received and I had to remind them of this more than 5 times. They then advised PayPal they would offer me 60% refund and for me to keep these things they try to sell as wigs. She was able to get. $120 instead of the $140 I spent. I spent over 20 to send it back but was told they had to pay shipping. So needed to keep that. But I didn't get a prepaid return slip and had to pay for the return. Which came out to be over $20. But oh well I did get more back that what they tried to give. I've been getting emails asking to change my rating to a 5 or just remove this complaint. Since as I see it we gave you your money back so give us 5 stars . Well as someone who loves wigs and love dealing with great customer service. I feel that I shouldn't have had to go through the hassle in the first place. It should have never even gotten this far. So again if you want to buy beware. Hopefully this will change there way of communication with people. I still want by anything else just hope someone else have a better out come.

I just got my wig & I love it, it looks exactly like the picture. I will be ordering another one soon, highly satisfied.

This is a long but very important story if you are considering buying from this company. Please take the time to read. I bought a wig for over $200 from wigsbuy.com. It was nothing like the photo and so I messaged them to get a refund. Part of the reason I even decided to buy a wig that expensive was because I read the return policy and felt safe knowing that if the wig was not as expected, I wouldnt have lost $200. I emailed them and they told me to try it on and send pictures. I did as they instructed. They told me to spray it with hairspray. I didnt do this because it would disqualify it from return. They kept giving me different low offers for returns, such as as a 15% return, eventually up to a 60% return, and so on. I refused all of these offers because their return policy clearly states they will refund you the full amount. Then suddenly they would only return most of the money, except for $30 to cover them shipping it to me. It was free shipping, so I said no you will refund me in full. They finally agree to refund me in full and gave me the return address. I returned the wig. BUT THEN, about a week after they've received the returned wig, they BLACKMAIL me, saying they will only refund me if I removed reviews from trustpilot and a few other sites. My father had made these reviews for me because he paid for the wig as a gift to me because I have cancer. Of course my father and I declined because BLACKMAILING IS ILLEGAL and refusing to refund someone after you agreed to (I have it in writing) and we had agreed on those terms before i sent the wig. I sent them back their product so they are legally obligated to refund me in full. They actually threatened me. I told them how unacceptable and inappropriate and ILLEGAL that is and told them if they did not refind me my money, I would further post more reviews. I was going to stick to that promise, EXCEPT that they just reported my fathers review as a "fake" review, even though they acknowledged to me via email that those reviews belonged to me, their customer. So they are knowingly being DISHONEST and playing very dirty. I'm still waiting on my refund, they said it would take up to 15 days. I've been in contact with my credit card company and I hope this escalates to a point where mastercard no longer accepts payments to their company. Wigsbuy, I know you're reading this. You are still legally obligated to refund me in full. I said I would not write any more reviews about you, but reporting my original review has broken that trust and I your name will be infamous for the worst, most dishonest, law breaking customer service on the planet. And if you report this review, I've got plenty of receipts to show trustpilot and the world. Thanks for listening.

I received this wig today. 3 weeks shipping and processing to USA Tennessee. I am thrilled with it!!!! Even more gorgeous than the picture. Super soft and silky! Fits great and very comfortable. I am definitely buying more wigs from this site. Very nice quality! Thanks!!!!!

wig def didnt look at all like pic. was poorly made customer service was unsastisfactory. they only wanted to refund %60. not worth the hassel. dont buy!!
