I'd give a 0 but i had to give a value in order to continue a review. Ordered wig on Nov 3,2021 Dec 1st. Was sent wrong color and was in a box looked like a rats nest. Had to email because China would be expensive process. Told them it was wrong color and wrong size, that it wasn't what I asked for. They said send pics and it would be reviewed. A week later they responded by saying it was custom made for me and the color was close to what I asked for, that "they" thought it looked very nice and high quality workmanship. They said I can keep it and they'll refund me $20.00 from the $166.00 plus tax. What they do is use celebrity pics and other professional hairstyles and post them as this is what you'll receive. IT IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. ONCE THEY RECIEVE YOUR MONEY THEY'LL SEND OUT GARBAGE AND REFUSE A REFUND. It's not illegal to charge someone for something close to what you pay. It's impossible to get your money back because your dealing with a company China that's outsiders. They will argue and push their products on to you using someone else's images as their product(s) You can see it through Amazon ads. Using someone's ads and copy to their site. Don't be Shanghai'ed by China's products.
