This company is a scam. They sent me a totally different color than the one I ordered. The website doesn't even allow you to put a review. DONOT buy from this company!!!

I ordered a wig months & months ago . Kept emailing them it’s on it’s way bla bla . I said I want it cancelled but to no avail . They told I had to ring Royal Mail find out where it was . It got here it’s terrible nothing like the pictures . My daughters barbie dolls have better hair Now there refusing to give me my money back!! You ordered this it was specially made for you !! No I ordered the picture this is not even slightly like it . They want to charge me stupid money to send it back and then I’m still not getting my money back . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE ATROCIOUS STAY WELL AWAY!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Placed an order just over 2 months ago and money been taken from my credit card shortly after order was placed but to date have not seen my wig. Have sent several emails regarding this but not much joy with responses. Had card posted through my letter box today to say that royal mail have got the item but required £23.90 postage to be paid before they will deliver. Absolute joke. Would highly recommend you do not use this company.

Une perruque acheté à 34 $, plus d'un mois pour la recevoir et surtout à la livraison (via DHL) il me faut m'acquitter des frais de douane d'un montant de 33 € !!! La perruque ne vient pas des USA comme on pourrait le croire mais de Chine !!! Qualité nulle : dès le premier essai, des dizaines de cheveux tombent. C'est vraiment médiocre comme qualité et l'arnaque des frais ne passe pas ! Allez sur d'autres sites, celui-là est vraiment à éviter.

Total fraud! OMG I wish I had seen these reviews. I will report to Mastercard & Paypal and will get my money back. Not an Envy wig as they claimed, not even close. If the government wants to go after somebody make it thieves like this. Horrible that companies like PayPal will work with them, what are they thinking?? '

Stay away from this company. I placed an order months ago; I have received no product and no refund as requested. Their customer service is non-existent. Do not give them your money! Scam ....

Véritable arnaque ! Marchandise jamais reçue et impossibilité de se faire rembourser. N'achetez surtout pas sur ce site. Il n'y a aucune garantie.
