Received a wig that s a joke to say the least. It looks like something you would get in Halloween Costume at Walmart for about $10. From reading reviews, not worth the hassle of trying to return for a refund. Lesson learned at my expense. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RIP OFF OUTFIT

Do not buy from this company. I am trying to get a credit that should have been applied to my paypal account and to date nothing. This has been going on for 3 months. They keep saying they sent credit to paypal but they haven't. Now they won't even acknowledge my e-mails. So please do not do business with this company.

NO STARS! Do NOT “buy” from this website. I never received my order, only occasional emails saying “production has been delayed.” When I asked for a refund, the emails stopped. I have reported the website and am trying to get reimbursed for the $200 I paid. My bad that I did not check this site for reviews. BAD COMPANY.

Do not buy a wig from this company. The wig ships from China and if you are not happy with it there will be no response. When you call the US phone number you can't understand a word their message says other than they are not open. I ordered a Sharon Osborne wig in a light brown and when it came the color was blond and the style was just terrible. I could not style it at all. This is a horrible company when after 4 emails I get no response at all. I sent emails direct and through their website. I spent almost $200.00 for this wig and will never be able to wear it. What a rip-off company. Buyer beware.

Customers looking for a wig DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! It’s a fraudulent site! The wig I received was shedding and looked like poodle hair. I tried canceling my order. Got an approval but was charged and the order came anyway. You can’t reach anyone.

There's a website called wigsbuySUPPLY that are totally selling fakes. They name them Jon Renau or RW, Gabor, ect. They're using their pictures and descriptions too, but they're selling a $300 wig for $49.99. Fraud is fraud, but anyone thinking they're getting a $500 wig for $72 is being too gulible or greedy to walk away from obvious scammers. Its not wigsvuy.com! Theyre a good site. This page makes me sick to see!

I ordered a wig on April 1, 2020. I didn’t receive it until today, April 25, 2020. The wig I received looks absolutely nothing like the wig I ordered. No resemblance whatsoever. It also barely has any hair, and the hair there is, is stringy and sparse. It is disgusting. I did not even try it on. I knew immediately I was not going to keep it. There is no way anyone would ever wear this raggedy ugly wig. I spent an hour trying to find a phone number. They are in CHINA!! If I had known that I would have never ordered from Wigsbuy, never. I’ve tried by phone and email to contact them. They are impossible!! I’m not surprised! There is no way I will ever get a refund from them. I just lost $125.00!!! Considering it came from CHINA during this horrible Covid, I can’t begin to imagine the germs it is carrying. I sprayed the packaging it came in, and the box, with Lysol.....and put it in my garage. I then took a shower and put my clothes in a hot and soapy washing machine. I’m so upset about this!! I’m not young, have a compromised immune system, and have been in isolation for 8 weeks. Now I could have possibly been exposed. BEWARE, these wigs are FROM CHINA. I would have never ordered from them.

Extensions are very poor quality and not human hair as promised. Refused to accept a return, never replied to my email. Do not buy from them, waist of money and time. Very bad experience.
