We are very sorry to hear that you weren't satisfied with your experience. Our records indicate you were refunded less $17.95 due to the return shipping cost and handling fee. We do offer you the option to avoid the handling fee by selecting store credit or ordering something else. Our experts are always happy to help assist find something that may have worked better. For the return shipping, you used our pre-paid return label which costs $7.95. However, you do have the option to return using any other courier (USPS, Fedex, etc) of your choice. We appreciate your feedback and hope that you allow us to assist you in the future.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the piece. Basic cap construction (which the Roni has) will have permatease to help create volume and hide the cap. You do have the option to return it for store credit or refund, as long as it's in the original condition and within 30 days from when received. We would recommend trying something with a monofilament top or a different piece. Some styles we can recommend are Voltage, Sparkle, or Allure.
