As a first time wig buyer, I was surprised at how fast the wig was shipped. I was cautious about buying a synthetic wig but took the plunge, figuring if it was cheap looking at least I learned my lesson about buying wigs online. So, besides fast shipping, the next surprise was how soft and real the wig looks. Wow! THANK YOU. My only regret was that it's a little darker than my natural color which is pure white and that color was not available in the style I wanted so chose the next closest. It's still very lovely. Now to take it to a salon to have it thinned for my small face. I love the wig and style.

Even though the wig I got didn’t look good on me... I was disappointed...it was a good looking wig, made well and very well presented online. I’m not giving up and will keep looking through their site for my perfect style. Also, return was easy which I appreciate very much. It encourages you to keep looking!

First timer using wigs; feels a little too shiny and heavy on the front.

I am always happy with Wigs.com. I purchased Noriko Jackson, color creamy toffee rooted. I love this wig !! I have reviewed it before. I think the fibers are exceptional and the cut is beautiful . I usually use thinning shears to thin out this wig and I always trim about 1 1/2 to 2 inches off length. There is a lot of permatease so i also use a steamer to help it lay flatter. I highly recommend this wig.

I have bought this wig from another source in the past and paid a much higher price. Love the wig and will remember you when purchasing in the future.

The topper I bought was beautiful however it was the wrong color. I sent it back in pristine condition and in the 14 days given for returns. my invoice total was $91.27 and my refund amount was $74.81. so I lost $16,46 because the topper I received was the wrong color. I spoke with customer service and was told they did not refund taxes or shipping.I paid for shipping to get my product and although they did give me a prepaid ups label for return shipping they deducted that amount from my refund and the the tax amt.was not refunded and I am sure when that topper is resold they will tax the next customer. I will never order from them again..
