I love this wig. It looks exactly like the photo and very realistic. I have to admit it took a couple of attempts to get the right blonde. The first was too blonde and the second too yellow but the third blonde is perfect. It looks really cute with a beanie but equally nice without. I’ve washed it and it still looks good. I’ve tried other wigs and I’m always disappointed so this is my go to wig.

I just returned two JR Cameron wigs from wigs.Com. One was perfectly fine just the wrong color for me. The other was a beautiful color and I loved it. Sadly it had a big bald spot near the crown and down the back. The knots were very apparent and as much as I loved it, it was unacceptably poor quality. There was no comparison in quality between the two exact same units. One was just incredibly shoddy for a very expensive piece. I feel like that unit had been sold, returned and resold to me. Booooo!!!!

We are sorry to hear that one of the Cameron pieces you received had an issue. Our records indicate you did speak to one of our representatives and she asked you to return the piece for inspection. We can guarantee you that pieces we ship out are not returned or resold items rather they are direct from the manufacturer and/our warehouse factory fresh and never used. Once we receive the item we will notify you of the inspection results. We apologize for this inconvenience and for the issue.

I ordered the Millie by Noriko and I love it! I am going through chemo and I have been told by everyone that sees me how cute my hair is! They can’t believe it’s a wig. Ordering was easy and I received it within a week. I have recommended this company to friends that are cancer patients and some that are not, but they just want a day off from doing their hair!

This company charges $7.95 shipping each way. We had to return the first ponytail as the color was not as on picture or description. We were charged $7.95 again to return. We actually ordered a different color after that and even before we returned the first. But of course no one at Wigs.com cared. This wig is because my 40-year-old daughter has stage 4 breast cancer and Wigs.com has the compassion of a rock!

We are sorry to hear the pieces didn't work and that you weren't satisfied with our company. We do offer free shipping to clients for orders over $50 and within the U.S. We also offer clients the option to self return using courier of your choice. The pre paid label we offer does cost $7.95 which is charged by the courier and it is not a cost we keep. If a client chooses to use our pre paid label it is stated on our site and the return form the cost of $7.95 would be deducted from the refund which you mentioned you were aware of in an email we received from you. We appreciate your feedback and apologize that you didn't have a good experience.
