Two part review necessary here: 4 Star: the hairpiece is high quality and was promptly shipped and carefully packed. 1 Star: You sent me an ad for the same item, now marked down close to $40 dollars and it hasn't even arrived yet. I guess you figure the odds that I will return that one and order it again at the lower price are pretty long, and you are right. However, it will make me think more than twice before I return to shop again. UPDATE: Store offered refund of price difference. Great service! I'm happy.

Overall experience has been good. Merchandise arrives in timely manner and in good condition.
