The Bangs I purchased were supposed to be Level 4, they are labeled level 4 but they were Auburn, my hairdresser said they are Level 3 and we would need to use black hair dye to possibly get them to Level 4 The response I was given about the color is also untrue as I have ordered from wigs.com before and Level 4 was a Level 4, I believe it was a bad batch this time and unfortunately I never opened them and by the time I took them to my hairdresser the 14 day return window had expired.

Got 2 and was very happy with the results.
