You did great but the bangs I ordered were not the same quality product from five years ago. They are thinner and don’t cover my forehead well. And the only way to know is if you open the package then you can’t return them. So disappointed.

For a wig that was to have light to medium density this was waaaay beyond. Could barely see the part. Definitely way too much hair. Not going to return due to fact the person who ordered it was in the hospital when it arrived and unable to be concerned, at the time, with the wig. On a few of the videos the wig wasn't that thick, especially the elderly lady with the white wig. Also, the mix of coloring is too strong in specific areas, it's not all blended in together as shown (Sugar and Charcoal) This wig had all dark in the back with the top and sides mixed and the very front has two streaks of white running down, like Lilly on the Munsters You need to update your color chart and notify the company and whomever is making this wig. Apparently, they don't know anything about colors.

Do not order from this company if you value your money and they have horrible customer service. I returned the product a few days after I received it. I didn’t like the color, so I didn’t even bother trying it on. I received an email saying I was not going to be reimbursed, even though I followed the exact protocol of what was expected in order to receive my money back. I called they wouldn’t work with me at all. I am fighting this through my credit card company currently. Totally disgusted, will never order from them again.

I purchased the Gaby wig before in Martini & was very pleased. Lots of compliments on how it didn’t look like a wig. At age 86 fighting pancreatic cancer, this wig has been a blessing.
