Exceptional Company
At Wigs.com, I was able to shop for a wig without worrying about going into a store. The website is user friendly. They offer many styles of wigs. Customer service was amazing to work with. I had to make a return due to a color issue. It was simple to do. My wig from Wigs.com is beautiful.

Didn't fit, but great customer service
Unfortunately, the wig I ordered didn't fit me well, despite being the prettiest wig I've ever tried on. I returned it and got a message that my return was on the way in just a few days. It's such a personal thing and not being hassled is very helpful.

This just didn’t work for me.
I kept the wig trying to like the style. And I had known of the ignite wig for quite some time. But it just didn’t look good on me. So I restyled it. It’s better but I still don’t like the fibers . They don’t feel or act like clean hair. So, overall, I’m not happy with this wig and I don’t like the color either. It’s way too dark blonde. There are several other wigs I’d like to have, but this was such a disaster I’m afraid to buy anything else from Wigs.com. Thank you for your prompt and thoughtful response, but the only way I will buy anything from Wigs.com again is if you ship the wig to me before I’m charged and you agree to take the wig back free of charge if I don’t like the color, style, fit, fibers, and overall comfort of the wig.
