My purchase experience was completely smooth. I contacted customer service to double check about the shipping turnaround and the representative was very helpful. I also contacted customer service again with questions about a few of the wigs since I know I'll have to choose between a few. I was completely surprised by the offer to hop on a video call and provide personal contact information to sort through the details. This is all completely new to me as I started chemo recently and I really appreciate the very easy experience.
