I love Wigs.com. I have used other online wig stores and have been extremely disappointed in their service. If you don’t like their wig, they tell you they will give you a 10% refund and you can keep the wig, which is not what their refund policy states. What am I going to do with a wig I don’t like? Your refund policy is great and you honor it 100%. And it’s also simple and fast. The other company took about 6 weeks to get the wig to me. Your company took 3 days. Your company keeps me informed every step of the way, plus you give me tips on how to take care of my wig and how to fix problems if I have any. Their suggestion is keep the wig to wear when you need an alternative style (even though I don’t like it at all.). Since I have a problem with thinning hair which has not responded to the many treatments I have tried, I will definitely be ordering more wigs from you with confidence that I will be satisfied. I will recommend your company to anyone who is the market for a new wig, and also will warn them to stay far, far away from the other company. Barbara
